Getting Started

Click the "Register" button in the top right corner. Fill in your name, email address, phone number, and create a password. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account. Once verified, you can start buying and selling immediately.

Yes! Basic accounts are completely free. You can post up to 3 active listings and add up to 5 images per listing. We also offer premium subscription plans with additional features like more listings, featured placements, and priority support.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Click the link in the email to create a new password. The link expires in 1 hour for security.

Absolutely! Our website is fully responsive and works great on all devices including smartphones, tablets, and desktops. You can browse, search, post listings, and message sellers directly from your mobile browser.

Buying

Click the "Contact Seller" button on any listing. You'll be able to send a message directly to the seller through our secure messaging system. The seller will receive your message and can respond via the platform.

Yes! Many listings are marked as "Negotiable". You can make an offer by clicking the "Make an Offer" button on the listing page. The seller will receive your offer and can accept, decline, or counter it.

Check the seller's rating and reviews! Each seller has a star rating based on buyer feedback. Look for verified phone and email badges. You can also check how long they've been a member and their response rate to messages.

After completing your transaction, you can leave a rating and review for the seller. This helps other buyers make informed decisions and builds trust in our community. You can also mark the listing as sold if you purchased it.

Selling

Click "Sell" in the navigation bar or go to your Dashboard and click "Sell New Item". Fill in the details including title, description, price, category, location, and upload clear photos of your item. Then click "Post Listing" to make it live.

Free accounts can post up to 3 active listings simultaneously. Each listing can have up to 5 images. If you need more, check out our affordable subscription plans that offer more listings, more images, and premium features like featured placements.

Go to your Dashboard, find the listing in "My Listings", and click the "Mark as Sold" button. This will add a "SOLD" badge to your listing and remove it from active search results.

Use clear, well-lit photos from multiple angles. Write a detailed description with accurate information. Price competitively. Consider upgrading to a Featured Listing or Urgent badge through our premium features to get better visibility.

Payments & Subscriptions

We accept M-Pesa, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

Go to your Dashboard and click on "Subscription" in the sidebar. Choose the plan that suits your needs and click "Subscribe Now". Follow the payment instructions to complete your upgrade.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free plan.

Account & Security

Go to your Dashboard and click on "Profile" in the sidebar. You can update your name, phone number, address, profile picture, and bio from there.

Go to your Profile settings and click on the "Security" tab. Enter your current password and your new password to update it.

Go to your Dashboard, click on "Settings", and scroll to the "Danger Zone" section. Click "Delete My Account" and follow the confirmation steps. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Safety & Guidelines

Always meet in a public place during daylight hours. Bring a friend if possible. Inspect the item thoroughly before paying. Use cash or secure payment methods. Never send money in advance. Trust your instincts - if something feels wrong, walk away.

Prohibited items include illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, stolen property, hazardous materials, adult content, endangered species products, and prescription medications. Please review our Terms of Service for a complete list.

Click the "Report" button on any listing or user profile. Select the reason for reporting and provide any additional details. Our team will review the report and take appropriate action within 24 hours.

Immediately stop communication with the user. Report the listing or user using the "Report" button. Contact our support team with details of the incident. Never share personal financial information or send money to someone you haven't met.
